Please send an email to paraparajin@netscape.net and include your name, address, the videos you want (use video ID and/or title), and your payment method. You can use checks, money orders, cash, or any online payment system.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are located in the USA, but we can also send to these places:

Canada, Mexico, Jamaica, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, UK, France, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Bulgaria, Ireland, Greece, Hungary, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, Poland, Norway, Switzerland, South Africa, Israel, Singapore, Taiwan, & Hong Kong.

If your country is not on the list, it means we never sent an order there.  You can still order, but it is your risk.  We can not send another package if it does not reach you!  Sorry.

SHIPPING TIME

Domestic

We try to get all orders delivered around one week after we receive payment.  We are located in Georgia, so the closer you are to us, the quicker you will receive your order!  But please understand sometimes we have A LOT of orders, so sometimes your order may take longer than usual.  However, it should never take longer than two weeks.

International

You should receive your order in 7-10 days.  But sometimes it takes longer because of customs!  Please email us if you don't receive your order in two weeks!

REQUESTS / SPECIAL ORDERS

If there is an actress, type of video, or specific video you want, please tell us! When we get new videos, half of what we select are videos we want, and the other half are requests.  If you never request it, we may never get it!

If  you ask for a specific video, and we can get it, you must give us an advance payment before we can get it.  Videos will still be $5 each, but the shipping cost will be $10 for the entire order.  Usually takes about 2 weeks for us to deliver the videos to you.

If we can not get your request using our normal method, then you can choose to special order.  Which means we have the buy a new copy of video (most videos we buy are used).  The price depends on the video, buut we will usually charge about $10-$15.

PROBLEMS

Problems are rare, about 1 out of 100 orders.  But if something is wrong, please tell us!  We will replace any bad discs for free, and send out replacement orders if your package isn't delivered!
